Why become an Apprentice? As a young person considering their career options, there are a number of potential routes that you can take; from staying on at college or university, to moving straight into an employed role in a sector or industry that you are interested in.  Apprenticeships combine the best of both worlds – giving you the chance to gain first-hand, practical experience in an employed role whilst also gaining the essential knowledge, skills and qualifications required to build a successful career in that specific industry.
